These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of alqaf.pk and purchases from ALQAF. Please read the product details, selected colour, price, delivery information and return terms before placing your order.

Shopping with ALQAF

Choose your preferred product and colour, and provide accurate contact and delivery details at checkout. Review your order before submitting it. If you notice an error in your order or delivery details, contact us using the details below.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, provide information you are not entitled to use, interfere with the website or attempt to access another person's account. If you create an account, keep your login details private.

Products and prices

The product page describes the item and the available colour options. Please check the selected option carefully. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The current TOMI T-084 watch price is PKR 1,999. Standard delivery across Pakistan is PKR 199, making the current total for one watch with standard delivery PKR 2,198. Review the price and any delivery charges shown at checkout before ordering.

Product availability and prices may change. Changes to listed prices do not change the price of an order already placed.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 4–6 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery can be affected by courier service and circumstances outside our control. Contact us if you need help with a delivery.

3-day inspection and change-of-mind returns

You may open the packaging, inspect the watch and briefly try it indoors. For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 3 days of delivery. The watch must be returned unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, we refund the product price. You pay the return postage, and the original delivery charge is not refundable. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Defective, incorrect or misdescribed items

If your watch arrives defective, is the wrong item or is materially different from its description, contact us for a replacement or refund. We cover return shipping and refund the original delivery charge when refunding the order.

Genuine pre-existing defects are considered separately from the 3-day change-of-mind window. Damage caused by misuse is excluded. These terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed when you use this store. Please do not send payment card details or passwords through the contact form or by email.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page and changing the date above. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
